Vaikuntha Ekadashi falls on Friday, December 25, 2020.  Vaikuntha is the heavenly abode of Lord Vishnu. On Vaikuntha Ekadashi it is believed that the gate of Lord Vishnu's inner sanctum opens for devotees who observe fast to attain salvation. Fasting and worship is suggested for devotees who seek the love and affection of Lord Vishnu. The Purusha Suktha Homam  will be performed on this day to seek the blessings of Lord Vishnu.
