Returns are easy, and for most returns there's no need to contact us. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items for a full refund - minus the credit card processing charge*. We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in usable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. You can also cancel unshipped items.
*Our credit card processing company charges approximately 5.7%.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the address on our Contact us page.
