These are combinations of different mukhi Rudrakshas made into pendants in various designs for specific purposes.	A rosary of 32 beads renders moksa (spiritual enlightenment). This rosary of 32+1 bead is called a Kantha Mala.

These are distinguished from normal sized beads as they are much larger in size, heavy, lustrous and emit high energy.	These are rosaries used for prayer and meditation. They are typically made using 5 mukhi or 6 mukhi beads strung up on a red thread.
